Physical Products

We sell crystal jewelry and related items for personal enjoyment and adornment. Natural stones vary in color, pattern, size, and texture. These natural variations are normal and are not defects.

We try to display product images and colors accurately, but actual colors may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and the natural qualities of each stone.

Digital Personal Reports

Personal energy reports are digital products generated from the information and questionnaire answers you provide. They are designed for reflection, entertainment, and personal insight.

Shipping

Physical crystal orders are prepared in about 3 business days and shipped from China to customers in the United States. Estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and address issues may affect delivery times.

Digital personal reports are delivered online and do not require physical shipping.

Returns and Refunds
