Physical crystal orders
Please allow about 3 business days for order preparation before your package is handed to the carrier. This preparation time is separate from transit time.
Once your order ships, delivery to the United States usually takes about 7-15 business days. In some cases, customs processing, weather, holidays, carrier volume, or address issues may extend delivery.
If tracking is available for your order, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Personal energy reports
Personal energy reports are digital products. They do not require physical shipping and will not be sent as a package.
After you complete the required questions, your free preview is generated online. If you choose to unlock the full report, the complete report is generated digitally and made available through your report link. A notification email may also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery issues
If your package appears delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, contact us with your order number and any available tracking details.
