Physical Crystal Items
For physical crystal jewelry, contact us within 30 days of delivery if you would like a refund. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Delayed Items
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears seriously delayed, contact us with your order number and any photos or tracking details.
