Are your crystals genuine and natural?+
Yes. Every stone is authenticated by hand before it joins the collection. We never sell dyed glass or lab-grown imitations as natural crystals. If a piece is not genuine, it does not make the cut.
Where are your crystals sourced from?+
Our gemstones come from regions known for them around the world, such as moonstone from Sri Lanka and India, amethyst from Brazil and Uruguay, and rose quartz from Madagascar. We work only with partners who pay fair wages and respect the land.
How do I choose the right bracelet for me?+
Browse the full collection and follow what resonates with you. Each product page describes the stone, its meaning, and who it's well suited for. If you're torn between a few, reach out and we're happy to help you choose.
How should I care for my crystal jewelry?+
Keep your pieces away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged water exposure. Store them separately to avoid scratches, and gently wipe with a soft cloth. Many people also like to cleanse their crystals under moonlight.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?+

How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship from our workshop to the United States and usually arrive in about 10-20 business days after preparation. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order is on its way.
Do I have to pay for shipping?+
No. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
